CARPENTERS WORKING IN GOLD
The making of gold enamelied articles is very tedious and takes
a good deal of time. Gold at fixet goes to the carpenter for making the
articles, thence to the draftsman for making the articles, thence to the
draftsman for drawings and then to the enamellers for scratbhing and enamelling
where it takes a long time in filling up the enamel and passing it into the fire
repeatedly; at last it goes to the setter (Judya) for setting the pearls and
presious stones where also a considerable time is taken in having to cut the
stones to the size and shape of the drawing and then setting them very neatly
and carefully into the acrethes made by the snamellers.

The most srtistic and nest looking Jewellery can
be had at this Establishment at moderate prices. Jewellery is an every moment;
ready money a men can easily spend, but jewellery if well kept our grand
children will enjoy, and it often happens that such jewellery has when sold,
given a considerable profit, as for instance about twenty year ago the market
for Pearls and Emeralds was very low and now it is about ten times higher and
most probably will increase year by year. Besides , jewellery is a friend in
need and a decoration of no mamx mean, Hence wise men convert their money into
jewellery.
