There are two ways to order from us:
1. Use the "BUY NOW " button on the product
description page. We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN
EXPRESS through Paypal's secure online shopping cart. 2. Fax
or mail your order, using our downloadable order form. It takes up to 3 days or
less to process a printed order form. In the event of inventory running out, we
will contact you by phone.

We ship items in the same or the next business day. Please
note that we do not accept checks or cash. Your credit card will not be charged
until the item(s) are ready to ship. For your security, your billing name and
address must match that of the credit card used for payment.There are no back
orders on out-of-stock items.
Shipping rate: We use
USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) for all our shipping. The postage is based on
the total amount of the purchase. We only ship to US addresses (including PO
Boxes) and APO/FPO addresses. Insurance is included and it provides up to $5000
coverage for lost or damages items, and the amount of insurance coverage for
loss will be just the actual price of the item(s).
Sales Tax: State law
requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in
the state of CA. Our tax rate is 8.5%. All orders outside of CA will not be
charged sales tax.
Returns: We accept
returns within 20 days of receipt for a refund. We charge a 15% restocking fee
on all items. There are no store credits or exchanges. To qualify for a refund,
ALL ITEMS must be in their original, re-salable conditions -- with attached tags
and original packaging. Buyers pay shipping on all returned items and we are not
responsible on any loss in transit. We reserve the right not to accept returns
that have been tempered with -- we will return such items to you.
